Sale of suv in 2021 was awesome & exciting however, the first oil change in 2022, was not pleasant; unauthorized & not discussed tire alignment was done to my suv & not needed at this time ( suv only 15 mo first oil change in 2022, was not pleasant; unauthorized & not discussed tire alignment was done to my suv & not needed at this time ( suv only 15 months old & barely driven). Next oil change sticker was missing & I noticed a small deep indented scratch in/on the windshield near that area where sticker should have been applied. Management was notified; Service advisor did not appear to be professional, experienced nor communicate with this customer. Whatever service is required based upon the history of the vehicle in the system should be discussed with customer. First oil change was not pleasant.😞 More
