The wait is entirely too too long! I had already spent 1.5 hours the first visit to diagnose and order parts. This visit was to put the parts in, which was an easy job yet I was there for 3 hours!! The service was just OK the receptionist when I walked in never smile when they greeted me they just gave me the look nobody said anything to me until I ask the question. The service person never called to give me an update on my car I had to call multiple times to find out that the car was not gonna be ready as promised the second day or the third day and I had to wait an extra day but I never received an update unless I called More

Great start to having my vehicle serviced. Was disappointed to learn after I picked up the vehicle that after having 4 new tires installed and an alignment performed that the customer service rep disappointed to learn after I picked up the vehicle that after having 4 new tires installed and an alignment performed that the customer service rep failed to tell me the suspension was in need of repair—but performed the alignment anyway and charged me for it!
