REPAIRS ON OUR CAR OUR CAR NEEDED SOME SERVICE DONE TO IT AND UPON ARRIVING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY, WE WERE GREETED BY RANDY WHO WAS VERY HELPFUL. Lack of Concern by Some Got to the location about 10am. Waiting about 3 hours and not seen by a service advisor. Went to front desk and asked is it normal not to see an advis Got to the location about 10am. Waiting about 3 hours and not seen by a service advisor. Went to front desk and asked is it normal not to see an advisor yet or the timeline, she stated she didn't know and continued talking to coworkers. Waiting more got a call from an advisor I explained I'm in the lobby walk over and still no action was taken to get my vehicle serviced. Went to manager and ask it it normal to wait 3 hours plus and yet not see an advisor. He apologized and took my car to the back. I wait about an hour and thought it would take a while longer was going to go walking. Seen my car outside came back in and ask if my car is waiting or done. Another advisor said it was done was going to call me. He apologized and provided $5 off. I left felling like my time was wasted and stolen. More
