I have been to this Kia service center for over 6 years now. I had some great experiences and not-so-great experiences over the years. But I must say they have gotten a lot better. Sometimes they can be ex now. I had some great experiences and not-so-great experiences over the years. But I must say they have gotten a lot better. Sometimes they can be extremely busy but the changes they have made have made the wait time way less. Brandon is my go-to guy for my husband and my vehicles. I got assigned to him one time and always requested for him to be my advisor. He is very patient and answers all my questions. Very professional, friendly, very thorough, and knowledgeable. He communicates with you from start to finish. 10 out of 10. More

The last visit I had was for an oil change and a tire rotation. My appointment was for 10:30 AM… I arrived on time and my car was given back to me around 2pm! Chris was the consummate service professional from beginning to end. As a former assistant service manager and service advisor trainer, I genuinely enjoyed my experience with him.
