I had an appointment. Upon arrival I was attended quickly by an attendant. I went inside and met Jason, who went over the recommended service and prices. It took a full 3 days to diagnose the car, after asking multiple times. After taking the car I found out that they misdiagnosed the car. It was a loose connection and that is why the car wasn't starting. K multiple times. After taking the car I found out that they misdiagnosed the car. I honestly just don't like the customer service. It's unorganized and the Kia employees from the service center. Can be unwelcoming and lack urgency in helping certain customers. Certain people get picked as if who is going to be the one to help them. I'm not going to get into that today. My visit is always mediocre and I try not to have to much work for my car do to the fact of certain workers work ethic. For months I've been telling them the brain needs to be reset in my car from them doing the oil. Do they do it! NEVER! I went to get my battery replaced. I walked in, no one ever greats you. You stand by the door until somebody acknowledges you. That's if they do! So I decided to stand behind the gentleman who Yitzhakc Ramirez was helping. The gentleman walked off and now I'm waiting for him to acknowledge me with a hello! How may I help you today He continues to stare down at his computer. So, I decided to approach him. He helped me with what I needed assistance with. He was efficient and prompt I'll give him that! However usually after you drop off your car. The clerk usually ask you if you need a Uber. He didn't ask me and I had to ask him. Then he sends me a video of my car update. With a mechanic who is speaking Spanish. Which I don't speak.I had to get someone to translate it for me. Which I'm sure is a minor hiccup. However that should be known especially the fact I had to get that translated. The mechanic said I needed a new air filter when in the video I see two filters.
