Repair left cosmetic damage that car didn't have. Costumer service is terriblnot friendly at all. This was by far my best experience in the service center. I arrived and was greeted immediately and very nicely by a lead who took me to my service advisor that saw me right away, was awesome, stayed in clos I arrived and was greeted immediately and very nicely by a lead who took me to my service advisor that saw me right away, was awesome, stayed in close communication, easy to get a hold of and super nice and knowledgeable. The change in ownership/management has made a HUGE difference. I used to dread having to go do my oil change and hated coming to this location... appointments were useless, I used to not even get looked at for at least 20 mins before my service advisor would even say hello, the check in was horrible, they were rude, including the service advisors. It is day and night compared to before and I am very happy and pleased with this new management and customer service received this time around. Thank you so much! More
Greeting at service great. I lease a car and was not told I have to start paying for parts. I have been leasing from you for five years and was never told that and was never charged in the past. In fact when I started leasing at Hollywood Kia they told me that I would not be charged for service. Also whenever I call the service department and they tell me someone will call me back they never do. I have to keep calling them. Not good customer service. I’m very upset about the service charges for parts on leased cars. I think not telling your clients is very bad business. I have referred several people to your dealership, but the way your doing business I can no longer feel comfortable about doing that. More
