When you go in and use their services you see first hand why they get this award. I went in for an oil change. Yes, WalMart or others would/could have been slightly cheaper. But would they have found that one of the engine mounts had broken? Not so sure. I was planning on a couple of trips out of town next week. It would have been a big problem if another mount would have cracked on one of the rural Kansas roads I travel to the Wichita VA Center. I am very thankful they found it. Chuck Loader even called the extended warranty company and got it covered. He is a really great asset for Holm. Really customer orientated. Very pleased with the experience today. More

Great Service I saw the light on the dash check engine. Called and and talked to Chuck, got an appt for 1:00, Arrived at 1:00. Talked to Jamie and then he told me I saw the light on the dash check engine. Called and and talked to Chuck, got an appt for 1:00, Arrived at 1:00. Talked to Jamie and then he told me the Purge Valve was not sealing. Part was in stock so it was fixed and I was on my way home within 2 hours. I call that good service. While there I talked with Tim and shook hands with Matt. Great service More

Stranded in Kansas We were on the way back from a family vacation in Colorado when my fuel pump blew up stranding us on I70 with a truck and trailer full of toys. We we We were on the way back from a family vacation in Colorado when my fuel pump blew up stranding us on I70 with a truck and trailer full of toys. We were fortunate to be fairly close to Holm Automotive and after being towed back they were quick to diagnose the problem. Jamie was very accommodating explaining the situation well and also extremely fortunate to be covered under warranty. It took some time to get parts so we made the trip back from KC a couple of weeks later to get the truck. Once again I can’t say enough how thankful we were to get the great service we received and Jamie was very good about giving us updates along the way. I would highly recommend the team at Holm! More

I have rated the price poorly below because it is ridiculous that a tire pressure monitor would be $225 to replace, with no option to disable the feature and warning light. I fear now another one will break outside my warranty period, and I will be forced to look at the light or pay $225. Just absurd considering the cost of the vehicle. I want to emphasize this does not reflect on holm auto or their service dept. They were great More

Zero updates on the progress which took 4 business days On day one (Thursday) I had not heard how the progress on my truck was going so I called. Was told parts were ordered and would be in soon (24hrs?). O On day one (Thursday) I had not heard how the progress on my truck was going so I called. No phone call came until Wednesday when I was told it was ready. When we went to pick the truck up the paperwork could not be found so Jamie told my wife to just take it More
