I am sorry to learn of your frustration. I checked with our service team and it is my understanding that you have an aftermarket leveling kit, wheels and tires that we did not install and which are not GM original or approved aftermarket parts. We have tried our best to work on the suspension situation and to relearn tire sensors, but due to the nature of the aftermarket parts we are not able to get our tools to adapt to the location of the sensors. We have done our best to attend to your concerns yet are unable to meet your satisfaction. We have suggested you would be better served taking it to the facility that installed the kit, wheels and or tires. We do hope you are able to get this situation improved to meet your satisfaction.

So why at any point was I not informed about the simple spring spacer leveling kit not being an approved addition. Not one single time has anyone informed me that this was not a GM approved addition. When I purchased the truck I asked about a leveling kit, the simpler 2 inch spring spacer and was told that Holm didn’t install them but I could get a leveling kit installed as an aftermarket item. If at any point your service department felt it was the leveling kit why was that not passed on. As for the wheel issue, why were you able to correct the issue after the first time I had my truck serviced in your shop? After that first time I have to return because the tpms failed, I returned and the tpms was reset correctly. Sounds like you are making excuses rather than admitting there is any fault on the service department. Again if anyone felt that the leveling kit and wheels were the issue it would have been nice to have been informed that is the issue.
