Appointments for service have consistantly been good I have no complaints regarding the service provided when I have a service appointment; the service department is prompt and they are courteous. Getting an appointment (for an oil change for example) with relatively short notice has become an issue lately. Holm Auto has reduced staff on Saturday's and seems to be very busy during the week, which, for the dealership is good, not so great for the customer's. For example, I needed an oil change prior to an emergency trip to Montana due to a death in the family, but was unable to get an appointment prior to the date I had to leave. More

Stress free! Chris Eckert is my very favorite salesman so, when my car started acting up I gave him a call. He always goes above & beyond to help me. I told him what was going on & he arranged to have sales consult call me. Initially, the consultant was uncertain whether or the work that needed to be done was under warranty. This overwhelmed me immediately so, I missed my missed my first appointment and I made an appointment online with Mike Wehling instead. He was a breath of fresh air. All the work done was in fact, under warranty. I called to check on it & spoke with Jamie who was also a great help. Overall, can't speak more highly of them. :) More
