Strangers Treated Like Royalty Traveling Rt. 70 from CA. to N.J.. for family reunion. We pulled into Abilene for gas and noticed our vehicle was making a noise. We decided to spen Traveling Rt. 70 from CA. to N.J.. for family reunion. We pulled into Abilene for gas and noticed our vehicle was making a noise. We decided to spend the night and have our car looked at the next morning. After calling Triple AAA they recommended HOLM AUTOMOTIVE to us. We had our car towed to the shop and from there we were treated like royalty. Ross Taplin greeted us in the parking lot and opened up the shop for us. Jamie Avers took good care of us and informed us that our oil filter had a leak in it and just about all of the oil had drained out! (A tire tread from a truck had hit up underneath) along RT 70 earlier. While we were waiting Matt Holm came out to the waiting area and talked with us. Our vehicle was repaired within an hour at a reasonable price and never had any further problems with it during our trip. We even got a free lunch out of the deal! The automotive work was great and the customer service was absolutely wonderful! Thank you all so much! More

After we report what service is needed, they repeat it back in order to make sure they got the information correct. Service My service included an oil change and tire rotation. After waiting for an hour and a half I was apologetically told that the wrong ticket was placed My service included an oil change and tire rotation. After waiting for an hour and a half I was apologetically told that the wrong ticket was placed in my vehicle so there was a mixup in what my vehicle needed versus another vehicle’s needs. I appreciated his honesty but what should have taken an hour or so took two. We have previously used another dealership and I can honestly say that my vehicle came out cleaner after service than when it went in, I miss that. Otherwise, friendly staff and job complete. More
