Best service experience when A/C breaks down in middle of tr Smack in the middle of a 4 hour road trip to head to a wedding, our A/C stops working in 103 degree heat. With 2 kids in back we knew must find a plac Smack in the middle of a 4 hour road trip to head to a wedding, our A/C stops working in 103 degree heat. With 2 kids in back we knew must find a place to look at the issue. We stumbled upon Holm Automotive in Abilene and were greeted with the utmost level of service. They understood our time crunch to get to the wedding rehearsal and diagnosed the issue extremely quick. They then set us up with a rental for us to get to rehearsal and were able to fix issue the next day on a Saturday. The two service consultants did a great job of communicating our situation and took the added stress out of situation. To top off the high level of service, when we returned the rental on Sunday and left keys in drop box. We realized that we left a cell phone in car. We called Jamie our service consultant to see if he could mail the phone the next day when they opened. But instead Jamie called the owner Tim, and he was there in 5 min to get our keys!! Truly above and beyond from what we could have asked for! More

The work to my Holm has been awesome each time I’ve worked with them. This time, I worked with Dede and I think Tim? And they were both really great. The work to my vehicle took a little longer than anticipated, and Dede extended my rental vehicle for free to make things more convenient for me. Tim (I’m sorry if it’s not Tim, the guy who works in the office with Dede) helped to install my baby car seat in both the rental and my vehicle when it was done out of the kindness of his heart. They also made the price match the quote they had given me to avoid extra heartache on my end. I’ll continue to do business with them and no others. More
