He left Mindy Thorson "holding down the fort" while he was out and loaned me the vehicle he was driving in order to deliver the Meals. I couldn't ask for anything more than that! Top notch service center performance! We live in Hawaii, but visit the mainland occasionally, including Abilene, Kansas. Our old SUV 2002 Trail Blazer which we bought used in Honolulu has a lot of miles on the odometer (130,000 miles +), but still running good...thanks to the excellent service we get from the three service reps mentioned below, particularly Jamie. We have dropped by, unannounced, to have some strange noise or new tires or routine maintenance to be performed. Invariably they immediately investigate and quickly fix the problem or schedule me for a return date. Always friendly; always courteous, and always good results. They fixed my jeep! I bought this jeep from these guys over a year ago. And I HATE buying a vehicle but they made the process as easy and fast as possible. So I took my j I bought this jeep from these guys over a year ago. And I HATE buying a vehicle but they made the process as easy and fast as possible. So I took my jeep to Walmart to get an oil change (for convenience) they put cheap oil and the wrong oil filter on which caused my oil pressure gauge to go off saying low/no oil pressure I saw as soon as I crank it up and the check engine light was on. Which was NOT there before. They said they couldn't help me to take it somewhere else. I was livid. I took it to holms the very next day when they were open. Greg got me in there and it did take time to fix it up but they did it! And I was so thankful. The employees there really do go above and beyond to make your visit there as comfortable as possible.
