He keeps me informed through out the day of the status of my repairs/ service and lets me know of any additional problems or concerns. I feel that he constantly has my best interest and family safety in mind. He does not push any repairs; but lets me know of things that should be repaired or watched closely. I feel he treats my vehicle as though it was his own; to ensure that my family and I are not stranded. Thank you Chuck for your efforts and customer service!!!!!! More
