Chuck Loader and his techs were able to quickly get my vehicle into the shop and find the issue my vehicle had within less than 24 hours of being in there. My vehicle was stranded on the side of the road in Hillsboro Kansas, and after some confusion on where to tow my vehicle, the Holm Automotive Service center was the final destination. I was certainly on some what of a time crunch, because I was on the way to Colorado Springs to spend the holidays with my wife and two girls, then drive them back to Kansas after the visit. I arrived in Abilene on 21 December around 6pm and was able to continue my road trip to the Springs the next day around 11am. Chuck was very informative on what was done to my vehicle and gave a follow up call on Saturday to ensure I arrived safely to my destination! Thanks very much to Chuck and the rest of the Holm Automotive Center for the expertise and diligent story get the job done right. I would definitely recommend the dealership to others for service, because I know they would be treated as all customers should be, with respect and care! More

A fortunate place to break down. We were on the back half of a three week road trip returning from Nashville heading back to our home in California when we started having a problem wi We were on the back half of a three week road trip returning from Nashville heading back to our home in California when we started having a problem with the transmission overheating. The service consultant Greg Bilderback had the car ( Saturn Outlook) checked out and discovered it was NOT the transmission but a water pump.. Not only did he have the part in stock he was able to get us back on the road in less than three hours. Saving our road trip, allowing us to finish out our trip safely Greg was very positive and pleasant. He was the only person we had a chance to interact with at this dealership but if he is any measure of his co workers I would definitely refer this dealership. More
