So I stopped in at 6PM --- I'm sure as the shop had closed--- but Greg Bilderback came out and scoped out my situation, spending 10-15 minutes explaining things. They didn't have a replacement hose but Greg assured me my fix should make it to Denver. I really appreciate Greg taking the time to attend to my matter even at such a late hour. I'd have them service my vehicle if I lived in the vicinity. More

Vehicle Maintenance On 04/24/2017, I took my vehicle in for an oil change and to have the service air bag light looked at as it was staying on. While I was there, the ser On 04/24/2017, I took my vehicle in for an oil change and to have the service air bag light looked at as it was staying on. While I was there, the service department was quick to point at that I could have my tires rotated for free as well since I had recently purchased the vehicle from there. At first, I was to come up with the money for the service for the air bag light. However, Eric Altwegg (purchased the vehicle from him) went to the service department where the service department was looking for a solution to the problem and ways to help me out (Chuck/Jamie/Greg). There they found there was still some warranty or recall on this problem and they fixed at no cost. They worked hard and truly cared about fixing and make the situation best for me. Thanks for all their hard work and their customer service was beyond excellent. More

First oil change Chuck Loader was very courteous. He listened to my questions and answered them to my satisfaction. Out of town customer My Lexus was involved in a home accident while I was visiting my parents in Abilene. The closest Lexus dealer was either in Wichita or Kansas City and I needed to get my vehicle repaired in a hurry. I took my auto to Holms, at the recommendation of my parents who live in Abilene. The service center was very knowledgeable about the repairs that were needed and directed me to the body shop. They were able to receive the necessary part via overnight delivery and my car was delivered back to me soon thereafter. Eric and Dede in the body shop were particularly helpful and kind. I hope I have to never return for other body damage repair, but if I do, I am confident in doing so. More

The service department always does an amazing job each time I've taken my car for an oil change/tire rotation. The honesty and integrity of Holm Automotive's service department puts my mind at ease.. Chuck Loader does an outstanding job as a contact person! He is very personable and knowledgeable each time I'm there.
