Car Serviced Service department does a good job. The Chuck and the staff are friendly and helpful. They are very good about working around my schedule so can do Service department does a good job. A very pleasant experience. I was given a time to have the oil changed the day before. When I arrived everyone was friendly and smiling. I went to McDonalds, had a cup of the senior coffee and read my AARP magazine. When I walked back my Town & Country was being parked in the Service Space. Exactly 45 mins. I went in to have my 47 point check oil change and air filter changed all the maintenance was on the Dealership for the first visit Chuck Loader my service Consultant was professional and very helpful. My sales agent Chris Eckert was very helpful and will do anything to make your experience pleasant and gracious. The Man in the Parts department Brad Signer showed me to the Soda Machine and gave me change for the Drink even though it wasn't his area.Jamie Avers scheduled my appointment and made sure it was to my schedule and not theirs. The experience at Holm automotive is so much more than any other dealership I have experienced. More
