Service Work It is very rare that I will ever provide a review on an auto dealer, but Holm Automotive is the exception. Ever since we bought our two cars from Holm in 2012, we have continually returned for any of the service work on them. This includes oil changes, warranty work, tires or whatever. Holm has given us the impression that service after the sale is extremely important to them and it seems extremely rare in this day and age. We have two car dealers in our town and because of Holm, we will never go there again, we will drive the twenty miles to Abilene to get what we need done because they truly give us the impression that they care about the customer and will go out of their way to ensure that we do not get ripped off. Chuck and the guys in the Service Department are great to work with. I have not had any issues with them at all. More

From the moment I arrived at Holm Automotive Center, I was inundated with great customer service. Several people asked if I had been helped and I received immediate attention. In fact, Chuck commiserated with my plight and wished he could have done something to repair the problem that did not cost as much. The high price was due to an expensive part (power steering pump) needing replacement, so there really was nothing that could be done to minimize the cost. At any rate, the service people at Holm Automotive Center made me feel as if I were there only customer that day even though I wasn't. They offered to take me back to work. When I picked up my vehicle, the problem was clearly resolved and the vehicle was even clean! More
