Desparate for Oil Change I had been traveling the country in my new GMC Sierra and needed an oil change and tire rotation. I contacted a couple dealerships in the Denver area I had been traveling the country in my new GMC Sierra and needed an oil change and tire rotation. I contacted a couple dealerships in the Denver area and was told that they could not accommodate me without an appointment in advance. I continued to travel east and spent the night in Abilene, Kansas. At 8:00am the next morning I stopped at Holm Automotive Center at spoke with Jamie Avers. I told him that I was traveling and needed an oil change. He said his schedule was pretty full and asked how long I'd be in town. I told him that I was leaving as soon as I could get service. He understood my predicament and did go way out of his way to help me. Within 45 minutes my oil was changed and tires were rotated and I was on my way. While I waited I took notice to how clean this dealership was and how the people who worked there seemed genuinely friendly and helpful. The service man, Jaime Avers, could not have been more accommodating and diligent. He was a fine and true professional. I almost never write reviews or participate in post service surveys which every business seems to push now days. However my experience with this dealership and Mr. Avers was exceptionally good. I happily submit this review and hope the dealership and Jamie Avers receive appropriate recognition. Thank You More

Service on 2007 Chevy Silverado We brought our 2007Chevy Silverado to Holm's for an oil change. This was a free oil change due to our purchase of the truck. When we first purchased the truck it has already had an oil change and this free oil change was scheduled several month after it's purchase. Difficulty with an oil change. I waited until I was more than 1000 miles over my oil change. I hadn't taken it for an oil change due to transportation difficulty. I didn't have a vehicle to return to work during the oil change. I attempted to make a couple of appointment but was forced to cancel due to lack of transportation. When I called to cancel my last appointment, Jamie answered the service phone. After I canceled my appointment , Jamie asked me why I had to cancel. I explained due to lack of transportation, I had to drop my vehicle off to a local dealership. Jamie said no way. He told me to drop my car off and he would have transportation ready. I called and dropped my vehicle off the next day during my lunch hour. The transition went so smooth, I still had time to grab lunch. After work I dropped the loaner vehicle off and my vehicle was ready as promised. I will never take my vehicle to anyone but Holm Automotive and I live in Junction City about 20 miles away.. It was worth the miles to see a friendly face and get awesome service. Thanks Jamie More

Tire service center Thank you Cody for all of your help. Came in to get a tire patched but it wasn't fixable, so we ordered a new tire. That night it created a bubble on the side so I brought it in the next morning. We ordered another tire and it did the job. Everything was orderly and it just worked out. I wasn't upset. Cody did his very best on making sure I was waited on in a timely manner. He did do a professional job and he stayed calm. Not everyday a new tire is defective. More

Dodge Durango wouldn't start Friday morning our vehicle would not start- we call Chris and he go Chuck involved and set up a tow truck to come pick up our vehicle and get it to M Friday morning our vehicle would not start- we call Chris and he go Chuck involved and set up a tow truck to come pick up our vehicle and get it to Marshall motor here in Salina for Repair. Chuck and Chris kept in GREAT communication with me during this time and got us a loaner vehicle to drive during this time. Really appreciate the service they both gave me, it was greatly better than Marshall motor, whom wouldn't communicate well with me and it took 6 days to get the repairs completed! Thank you for all they did - was much appreciated!!! More
