I took my vehicle in for my first free oil change as well as a wheel noise issue. I was very pleased with the overall service I received. While having the oil changed and vehicle inspected on a 2009 Chevrolet Impala at another Chevrolet dealer, I was informed as follows: "During inspection noticed play in the RF wheel bearing notified cus 2009 Chevrolet Impala at another Chevrolet dealer, I was informed as follows: "During inspection noticed play in the RF wheel bearing notified customer. Customer elected not to fix at this time Quoated price $608.36" This is an exact quote written on the ticket. My wife and I purchased the car new at this dealer. Shocked, I left this Chevrolet dealer and drove to Holm Automotive, another Chevrolet dealer, the same afternoon. I was introduced to Jamie Avers, a service consultant. After telling him the problem, he pulled the car into service and started looking on the computer. After verifing my name, he told me how much it would cost by making a zero with his fingers. He printed off the powertrain limited warranty information for me and my wife to have. He told me that the work could be done immediately. In less than an hour, I had gone from no offer of any warranty service and a cost of over six humdred dollars out of my pocket to zero dollars. While waiting for the repair in the customer waiting area, Mr. Tim Holm came and introduced himself, wanted to know my name and we had a friendly discussion. The repair on the Chevrolet Impala was completed in about an hour that afternoon and all of the people which I interacted with were very professional and friendly at Holm Automotive Center Inc., Abilene, KS. I hope that this review has answered the "Why" and that it will be accepted. More

I went to Holm Chevrolet (Chuck Loader) to see if they could remove a tow bar from the front of my cadillac. We used a motorhome to tow the vehicle. Everyone at Holm has been helpful and friendly. I took our car in for warranty work, when I got there they discovered the wrong part was ordered. I could tell they felt really bad. Chuck apologized many times and offered to come get our car, so we wouldn't have to take off of work, when the correct part came in. Holm service department had the part reordered and our car repaired in less than a week. Holm helped us three years ago with a diesel pickup that we bought some where else and they treated us like we regular customers. Since then we have leased a Equinox and just bought a used pickup. I think we will work with Holm for many years. More

I went to Holm's for an oil change and it was determined that I had some other issues with my car and a part had to be ordered. Due to the requirement of my car remaining at the dealership overnight, Mr. Loader assisted me with obtaining a rental car (free of charge) in order for me to travel to my job. I believe Mr. Loader provides excellent customer service. I would highly recommend the Service Department at Holm's. More

I went to Holms with my pickup,and discussed putting a new set of tires on . Chuck Loader set me up a time and they had my tires on, had to replace 2,low air sensors on the tires. I drove the for day or so but low tire light would not stay off. Chuck called a near by Dodge dealer and set up a time for me to take it there ,to check the sensors. They had to be replaced with Dodge senors.Chuck had to do alot of calling and other paper work ,and dealing with the other sensors from the other dealership,and returning the ones they had put in.When all was said and done,My truck rode super on the new tires and i got a great price on them.Two or three weeks later i reciecved a check in the mail for the difference in the price of the sensors.I thought Chuck treated me great . I got a great deal on my pickup tires.A month or so later i called service and Jamie Avers worked with me on a set of tires for my car. I got a great deal on tem as well. I had problems with 2 the tires being defective.I had one blowout,they replaced it ,and i had another blowout, maybe 6 miles north of Holms. I called and told them what had happened and about 20/30 minutes they brought me a tire and followed me to Holms.Within a few minutes Gary Hassselman had looked at the tires and with Jamie,and Kit they took my car in and put 4 new tires on my car. There is alot more to my bad luck story but when you have bad luck like mine,You could not ask for or find A better group of Guy and Girls to help you out with fast and great service like Tim Holms Auto and the service Tech,s with Gary Hassleman. We received excellent service at Holm Chevy service department. We were in town for a funeral and our car would not start. Fortunately, we were broke down in an adjacent parking lot from Holm. Andy directed us to the service dept and made sure someone would help us. Jamie came out in the cold to help us immediately. He could not get anything done in the parking lot, so we went back to the service waiting area while they pulled the vehicle into the shop to assess the problem. Our car was fixed in about 1 1/2 hours and Jamie even worked with the local parts store to get our part warren-teed so we did not have to pay as much for the repairs. I told my son that we broke down in the best place in Abilene Kansas. Even though our day did not go as planned, we were taken care of with prompt, professional service. I would even consider driving back to Abilene for service if we need it in the future. I think that is saying alot for a business to attract customers back to their business.
