Holman doesn't make it easy to go elsewhere for service, is there any customer service outside of Holman? I make an appointment, show up on time, my vehicle is then pre-inspected and signed in for service, is there any customer service outside of Holman? I make an appointment, show up on time, my vehicle is then pre-inspected and signed in for service, I then make myself comfortable in a very hygienic and relaxing waiting room, (by the way when are you going to install massage chairs). Getting a video from the service technician is awesome, and I didn't have to wait very long. Please advise Mr. James Bishop, to keep up the excellent work, and please increase his salary. More
Had my "Check Engine" light come on after only having my 2022 XT6 for ~ 6 weeks on April 1, 2022. I called immediately to schedule an appointment only to be told that the earliest would be April 19th. The 2022 XT6 for ~ 6 weeks on April 1, 2022. I called immediately to schedule an appointment only to be told that the earliest would be April 19th. The advisor did mention that I could show up for emergency service and they would try to fit me in. I arrived on Saturday the 2nd at 8 AM and was greeted by Dave Veigel who assured me it would not be a problem to check everything out. Within a half hour he came into the waiting area to inform me that they were looking at the car and if I wanted, he could also perform the complimentary initial oil change and rotate as well as wash my care if I wished which was also included. I asked him to do all of the above. A little while later he came back and told me the reason for the alert was a bad water pump which they had in stock and would replace under warranty. I was beyond impressed with Dave and the team at Holman for a fantastic service experience. Thank you! More
