I was misinformed about their dealership warranty by their representative AJ Webb of Maple Shade,Nj who told me at time I signed up for a 24 month warranty covering 12,000 miles with an extra $29:or so their representative AJ Webb of Maple Shade,Nj who told me at time I signed up for a 24 month warranty covering 12,000 miles with an extra $29:or so added to my car payment per month. My agreement was for 60 months for the car payment which was originally about $404/ mo. before the added coverage. I called to cancel because I exceeded the mileage covered so since I had no more warranty I ask the representative to notify the finance company to subtract the additional fee since I was no longer covered but the representative told me yes my coverage expired but I am still going to pay the additional fee for the warranty for the next 60 months ,but at the time of us going over everything at point of sale he neglected to tell or clarify with me that even if my coverage was no longer in effect at some point that he set it up the warranty fee for 60 months instead of 24 months for coverage I thought it was for per mo.. I felt misinformed by this representative and company since this was the first time I ever purchased a vehicle from them and it will be the last. He offered no compromise or solution to my concern. So my advice to all others make sure you ask more questions and insist on clarification on everything you sign up for before leaving the dealership. More

From the moment I walked into the showroom for my test drive, I felt welcomed and was greeted with a friendly smile from Gracie. My salesperson Dean made purchasing my vehicle a very pleasant buying exper drive, I felt welcomed and was greeted with a friendly smile from Gracie. My salesperson Dean made purchasing my vehicle a very pleasant buying experience (i.e., looking at the vehicle I found online, test driving, trade-in, answering all my questions, showing me how to operate all the electronics in the Lincoln Corsair, reviewing all the paperwork - 62 pages, etc.). I was handed the best team and they went out of their way to make my car purchasing experience the best I ever had. When I got home I started bragging about my experience and the Holman team. More

Went there for service and they weren't even informed This was my first and last trip to Lincoln service as the service advisor and nameless service manager were unprepared for an appt I made informed This was my first and last trip to Lincoln service as the service advisor and nameless service manager were unprepared for an appt I made a month ago. For such a lead time, this should have been expected. The service advisor was clueless, even about the recalls, and only after I threatened to complain, the service manager, who sat in his office and wouldn't come out, printed out information which disclosed the previous owners information. This is a greedy, unprofessional dealership and I look forward to contacting the manufacturer and the Corp office about my experience. My late father bought cars all the time for the original owner, and his kids destroyed it. I'll NEVER do ANY business with Holman More

This is going to be a interesting review. The Turnersville store has excellent people. I haven't dealt with the Maple Shade store. The problem was with the internet people not being able to answer questions and only seem to try to get my phone number or email so they can contact me to try to sell me something. I ask at both Maple Shade and Turnersville if they had a list of people looking for specific vehicles and all I got was a sales pitch to get my phone number or email. Never got an answer at either place and both basically told me to come in, which I will not do until I find the vehicle I'm looking for. More

This wasn't my "First-Rodeo" at Holman FL Maple Shade, and the customer experience has always been top-notch.
