Wes Allen is the best for finding the best deals on service! I brought in my 2014 F-150 for the 70K service. Early in the morning I received a video that showed several items needing attention including rear br I brought in my 2014 F-150 for the 70K service. Early in the morning I received a video that showed several items needing attention including rear brakes, fluid changes for both transfer cases, filters, and all 4 tires needing replacement, with some safety concerns regarding sidewall cracking. While none relishes the thought of a $2,000 + service bill, i am a firm believer in preventative maintenance, and after some discussion with Wes, I gave the go-ahead for the total service. Wes did research to make sure that any applicable discounts were applied, including meeting the price on the tires from a competitor! I picked up my truck and found everything in good order and well done. My thanks to Wes for another superior service experience! More

Wonderful service I brought my car in for an oil change and was helped by Dave who was very friendly and gave a good expectation on when my car would be ready. Instead I brought my car in for an oil change and was helped by Dave who was very friendly and gave a good expectation on when my car would be ready. Instead of having to wait in the building you can ask to be driven over to the shopping center and get your grocery shopping done. While I was shopping I got a text from ford about a few other things my car needed, which I was able to decline by text. They then said my car would be finished soon, earlier than expected, and sent the driver to come pick me up. I was very happy with the ability to get other things done while waiting, to not be hassled about other repairs and they have a rewards program. I won’t go any where else again! More
