I must say that we were not happy with Maple Shade's customer service center at all. However the Turnersville location was by far 100 percent improvement. From the check-in to the check-out. The customer waiting area was very clean (much appreciated). The customer service gentleman (Dave) provided a clear wait time and also downloaded a coupon for my service (much appreciated).
