Quick & excellent service I came in without an appointment on Good Friday and they were able to diagnose & fix the problem and I was out in about 2 hours. Background - the day before as I was turning into the parking lot for my office the "service engine" light came on and stayed on. It was also one the whole time I was driving home later that day. I didn't really sense anything wrong with the operation of my car, but I don't like to take chances when I see those lights come on. Turns out it was the transmission control module and I had a recall notice for fuel tank. Wes Allen was kind enough to get my car in for service & since it was under warranty - no charge. More

When I took the car in, I was given a loaner. The Service Department was busy, but you are always treated as if you were the only customer! Wes Allen is efficient and personable, always taking the time to answer any questions I have. When I picked up the car, I learned that the headlights did need adjustment, and it was taken care of. The valet service is very convenient. Not all of the Lincoln dealerships provide the valet service, although it sounds in advertisement that they all do this. NOT TRUE! However, Holman Turnersville does extend valet service. Love it. My problem was recurring and each time I got good service in a timely manner. My car is the best built out there, it was environmental, but the service department went over and above to help me each time. The sales people are helpful too. After purchasing, Holman of Turnersville stands by you and treats you like family!! More
