Visit for Oil Change Due to Coronavirus conditions, rather than waiting for my car at the dealership, I dropped my car off and they called me at home when it was finished. Most important is our experience over the years with Brian Gross. We can summarize our feelings about him. We would not buy a car from anyone but Brian. He is honest, caring and at the same time very professional. A great example of his work is the recent delivery of a new Escape to our home (due to the virus restrictions). He delivered the car, we signed the papers in the garage and he left with our former lease a 2017 Escape. A half hour later he returned in his personal vehicle. I had left our EZ pass in the car. He returned it to us and even put new mounting tape on it! This is just one experience with Brian, We are sure that this brief story shows the big picture with Brian.
