Holman Ford does not stand by the parts they sell. If a part fails good luck. The staff is rude, obnoxious and will tell you anything just to get rid of you!!!!! I was given a phone number to call and take care of the tire issue myself. The tire company was confused since Holman and all ford dealers have a contract with them. They should handle the product failure, not the customer. As for the Supervisor..... There was nothing SUPER about him!!!!!!!! I would by a car from another dealer and also get work on your F(found)O(ON)R(ROAD)D(Disabled) elsewhere!!! The day of the client is right is not only gone, but the staff could care less if clients ever come back!!!!!!! Guess their jobs are secure either way. Last FORD I will own and have owned them my whole life. In addition my driver and rear seatbelts are recalled but Ford can't fix them yet. Guess they are waiting for a tragedy that makes my kids rich. Thanks Ford and receptionist Colleen for absolutely nothing! More
I am extremely disappointed with the service department at this dealership. I called multiple times trying to get basic information about the first 10k service for my electric vehicle, a Ford Mustang Mach at this dealership. I called multiple times trying to get basic information about the first 10k service for my electric vehicle, a Ford Mustang Mach E GT. On my first call, after clearly stating that my vehicle is electric, the service agent told me the service included an oil change. I had to repeat myself 3 times before she understood that the car is fully electric. I was told a service advisor would call me back. I waited 3 days and received no call. I followed up again and still could not reach an advisor or get any answers. Eventually, I gave up and decided to schedule an appointment just to find out what the service includes. During that call, I was told there is an open recall and the vehicle may need to stay 1 or 2 days. When I asked how long exactly, the answer was “I don’t know.” I asked about a loaner so I could go to work. I was told they were not sure if any were available and that only a service advisor could confirm. I asked to speak to one and was told nobody was available and that someone would call me back. It has now been over 3 more days with no follow up. I chose this dealership because of my excellent experiences with Holman BMW in Princeton and Mt Laurel. I expected the same level of professionalism. This location is not even close. This is by far the worst service experience I have had. People in this area deserve to know what they are dealing with before bringing their vehicle here. More
I took my car in for an intermittent power steering issue. I was told it would be $199+tax for a diagnosis. Of course, the issue wasn't happening when they checked it. So they tried reprogramming it an issue. I was told it would be $199+tax for a diagnosis. Of course, the issue wasn't happening when they checked it. So they tried reprogramming it and got a generic communication code. They recommended replacing the power steering rack and alignment for over $2500. I asked if they checked the wiring, connections, and grounds (all known issues) and they said they did all of that. Since I had just dropped the car off less than an hour and a half earlier, I was a little suspect that they did not. I decide to just pick the car up and when they gave me the bill, it was $10 more than what I had signed for and agreed to. They said that was a standard disposal fee. I told them they should have told me about that up front. I'm generously giving them one star because they did remove that fee. But otherwise, I feel that they didn't fully diagnose the problem but just read the code and went for the most expensive part. I had a similar experience a few years back at a different local Ford dealer, so I expect that this might be a corporate issue. Sadly, most people who don't have the knowledge or do the research will just blindly pay up. More

Professional, explains things clearly and I never feel pressured by her suggestions. She is 5 Star. I don’t rate Ford-Lincoln a 5 because then they’d have no incentive to always do their best. Lounge area is always clean but miss the access to charge my phone. Sue/ West Berlin, NJ More
