I talked to Trent on the phone telling him that we had a specific budget and would not go a penny over. He quickly called me back, promised that price on a great car. It was THAT easy throughout the entire process. Everyone was so nice. We could tell that the employees are treated well. We never felt pressured, or confused by the process. I had a great time shopping for a new car at Kuni Honda. I got pricing and all the pertinent information dealt with online before even having to go into the dealership which was important to me since I do n I got pricing and all the pertinent information dealt with online before even having to go into the dealership which was important to me since I do not have a car at the moment and did not want to make multiple trips from Boulder. Customer service was very good and although there were a few miscommunication and forgetful mistakes on my part they were understanding and worked with me! More
I've always had bad experiences when visiting car dealerships. Either the salesperson was too aggressive or I felt as if I had been rushed into making a decision. At Kuni Honda, the salespersons let me browse the inventory, gave me access to the cars, and made me feel at home. Very different experience. I visited many dealerships before deciding I wanted a Honda...even other Honda dealerships. This was the only one where I felt I could take my time to make my decision. Pricing was sent to me via email making it even more convenient. Finally, Chris was very professional, even as I changed my mind about what exact vehicle I wanted ...several times. After making my decision, I dreaded the finance process...however I told the Finance Manager that my daughter had a web class she has to attend and that we can't be late. He processed the paperwork faster than I have ever seen anyone do it. It was truly impressive and left a wonderful impression on my wife, daughter and I. It was amaziing. I would definitely buy another car from them any time. They have won me over. And my wife and daughter as well. In fact, my wife called me to make sure I did this review. She was more impressed than I. So, in conclusion...if you are going to buy a car...buy a Honda. If you are going to buy a Honda, buy from Kuni Honda on Arapahoe. And I will certainly refer a friend. Kuni Honda, I wanted to take the time and say thank-you Kuni Honda, I wanted to take the time and say thank-you to a few members of your staff; Trenton Edward with the telephone assistance he provided. I decided to call several different Honda dealerships to find out prices for the Honda Pilot (my # 2 dream car, I talked about this car to my husband for 8 years) and Kuni Honda was the first one I called and the knowledge of Trenton and the information he was able to provide me was phenomenal. I say this because after I called other Honda dealerships they kept me on hold to long and would only tell me we are selling for MSRP, I had to ask what is the MSRP. They seemed to think I should know this. The decision was easy after this lack of customer service. I was going to Kuni Honda to test drive the Honda Pilot. I got to meet Trenton and his customer service was impeccable in person as well. He introduces me to Chris Squires who did a tremendous job helping me test drive the Honda Pilot (even in the rain). Even when I told Chris that I would not be making a purchase tonight I still wanted to look around at some Jeep’s. His customer service never missed a beat; he was still super friendly and helpful. I never felt any obligation or coercion to buy. After walking into the jeep dealership down the road, I instantly knew that I would regret not buying the Honda Pilot. That Saturday the whole family showed up at Kuni Honda with the intent of obtaining the final numbers for the Pilot. Chris and the numbers gentleman (sorry…forgot his name) were so courteous and helpful through the entire paperwork process. I don’t like to celebrate until a deal is done so I was nervous and anxious the whole time. When both gentleman came and told me the final cost and APR, I saw a glimmer of hope that I would ride out of Kuni Honda with my Honda Pilot that day. Wrapping up everything with the finance office was a breeze. Bruce said he would have us in and out and he did. He was so polite and I do appreciate the advice he gave us regarding paying the loan off immediately or paying on the car for a year to show our credit worthiness. This was indeed a surprise that a car dealership has individuals who are not just trying to sell you a car, but are compassionate enough to provide good sound advice. I have always loved the Honda brand and I always knew I would stay with this brand. Thank-you all for making this new car buying process an exceptional experience.
