The salesman we worked with was great (Monty Ewing)! When Jesse came over to close the deal, we did not agree on the price, but instead of asking or explaining more to us, he said " this car is not for When Jesse came over to close the deal, we did not agree on the price, but instead of asking or explaining more to us, he said " this car is not for you" stood up and walked away. He was rude and did not acknowledge us as a potential customer. We were not given an opportunity to discuss the car but was told that " this car is not for you" We felt discriminated against and treated unfairly. We have never written a complaint about anyone before. We hope people will read this and we hope The managers will address this shabby treatment of customers by Jesse in management. Jeff made a comfortable environment for me, someone who has never bought a car from a dealer before. Jeff also was able to share a story about he's experience of selling a call to one of my favorite Formula one drivers and that on top of buying a new/ used car/ dream car made my day. More
