Recently had a bad service experience here where i felt lied to. there used to be a follow up system that called customer and you could report your bad service to them. I waited for the call but never got lied to. there used to be a follow up system that called customer and you could report your bad service to them. I waited for the call but never got it and when I contacted honda about it the told me the dealer had not put in my correct number... SCAM artists! More

All staff are very helpful dealing with issues and getting back on the road quickly. I highly recommend Burt Kuni Honda over any other Honda dealer, or dealership, period. I have never experienced such a friendly car sales and service environment that is truly authentic and not "salesy," dealer, or dealership, period. I have never experienced such a friendly car sales and service environment that is truly authentic and not "salesy," if you will. My questions are always answered honestly and with my best interest in mind, rather than the bottom line for the company. The service is quick and professional, reasonably priced and straightforward. Plus, the waiting room provides entertainment for my children (The Balloon Lady on Friday mornings rocks!!), free snacks, water and coffee beverages. You will be cheerfully greeted by all employees and receive customer care on par with the infamous customer service of Nordstrom. Do not take chances by going to another dealer! More
