I have been using this dealership for the past 5-6 years, and Regina just makes me feel so welcome. I love seeing her when I walk in the door. She is very friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. He always takes the time to explain what services are being performed and what might be needed in the future. Overall I am happy with the dealership as a whole. The General manger also on my last visit, was quite helpful, and because of the service I am provided, I will continue to be a loyal customer. Also, I would like to mention how important the loaner cars are to me. The dealership is not close to my home, and my husband travels all week long, so if it wasn't for the use of the loaner cars, I would not be able to get back and forth to the dealership. Please continue offering this service to your customers. More

After trying unsucessfully to get my FX35 fixed in Pennsylvania, Infiniti corporation suggested I take my car to Holman. Not only did they correctly diagnosed the problem they went above and beyond to ensure that my car was in the best working condition before it was delivered to me. Last year I purchased a new car from this dealership and decided to give the infiniti service department in Ardmore another go. What a mistake. Three months later May 31st 2011 I took my car to Holman for a big service only to find out that Ardmore failed to fix the allignment of my car in spite of repeated visits and calls with the service manager after the allignment was done in March 2011. I am so happy with my car today. It drives beautifully, the steering is alligned, and for the first time in months I enjoy driving my car. I have a sense of confidence that my car will be maintained for optimal performance with Holman Infiniti. The location is not convenient. Jason did an excellent job working with these restrictions and made the service more accomodating to me. I am back to stay. Great Job. More
From the time I walked into the service department the staff was committed to helping me and getting the correct info. Since becoming the owner of a Infiniti vehicle I have had only super excellent experiences at Holman Infiniti all of which I contribute to the outstanding customer service of real a professional and class A gentleman Lou Castro. Without a doubt Lou Castro makes Holman Infiniti look good, please extend my appreciation and thanks to him. More

I drove off the lot exactly two weeks ago,today, with my CPO '08 Infiniti FX35. I actually contained my excitement because I guess I was in shock over how effortless the whole process was. I don't think I really believed I was actually going to purchase a car at all considering I spent some time at Infiniti of Ardmore where everybody who was somebody at that place thanked me for being there and insured they would do everything to make a deal happen, however, no deal was made. Not so at Holman. From the time I called to set up an appointment, until I drove off the lot, I felt very good about my purchase. Chris Schwartz was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle as well as the history of Holman. He encouraged me to ask questions and insured that I wouldn't be a bother if questions would arise at a later date. I wasn't inundated with a whole lot of pontificating about why I should buy there, either. I appreciated that! I didn't feel the least bit pressured or anxious. What I was looking for, I found at Holman. I tell everybody who will listen whether they are thinking of buying or not about my experience at Holman.
