Typical used care salesman The salesman I dealt with was dishonest, careless and incompetent. Had to go back to the dealership to get cosmetic work done on the car after he said it was done. He sold me the car with extra floor mats in the trunk. Once home, I noticed the floor mats were no longer there. Since I had to bring the car back, he promised a loaner. The salesman did not have the loaner ready for us. Then there were none on the lot. After several hours, they dropped us off at a car rental place. The car was not ready when promised (by 10am 4 days later). We did not receive a courtesy call when the car was ready for pick-up. I found out it was ready when scanning my emails at night. He didn't even have the courtesy of bringing the car keys out when we came to pick the car up. So unprofessional! More
