My daughter went to Holman Toyota to buy her very first car. Connie Baskin swooped in to help. Rather than let another sales person assist or have the decency to respect other people's time and tell my dau car. Connie Baskin swooped in to help. Rather than let another sales person assist or have the decency to respect other people's time and tell my daughter and her girlfriend that she was going to be a while, she had them sit and wait over FOUR AND HALF HOURS!!! I ended up calling Connie myself to see if something was wrong, she was quite rude and defensive when she told me she was working with 5 other customers. No. That is extremely unprofessional. No reason the girls could not have left to grab lunch and come back - she told them she was sorry to keep them waiting. No, you won't. You are cutthroat and to do not want anyone else there to take a sale. Her professionalism and customer service skills are beyond lacking. I would not recommend Connie Baskin to my worst enemy. More

Dealer Rater Survey Response I have been a Holman customer for past 16 years, working with Don Ferguson in Sales and of course Service, when needed. On Tuesday, I had a service is I have been a Holman customer for past 16 years, working with Don Ferguson in Sales and of course Service, when needed. On Tuesday, I had a service issue with previous Lexus SUV purchased at Holman back in 2013. While there at showroom, I met up with Don to preview any good Highlander deals. Since he has since been promoted to Finance Manager, he introduced me to Dylan Marrandino who would take care of any sales-related needs. I was very impressed with Dylan's salesmanship and product knowledge. As I found out later in the day, he was trained by Don which explains the positive experience. I ended up trading in the Lexus and am leasing a new Highlander given the good deal that Dylan presented. Dylan did a great job at taking care of all the necessary tasks involving the acquisition including paperwork and insurance transfer. He even delivered the Highlander to my home the following day after getting the insurance transfer confirmation. I am very appreciative to Dylan and Holman for the stellar service received.
