Mine already had MID instrument panel not working after 2 weeks of purchase which they refused to fix without paying $2,690+tax. Like many had pointed out, Nancy Lynch is such an awful finance consultant. Her attitude so bad when wiring money over the phone, the bank staff on the other line declined her request and hung up on her. My family was verbal abuse by her during the signing process trying to rush us out and the worst part is... not only she overcharge $400 in documentation fees but also increase our interests rate from 5.99% APR to 6.6% APR right before signing in return costing us more. I spend this time writing this review knowing they'll try to remove it which I'll keep posting hoping future shoppers can learn from our mistakes and think twice before shopping from Holman. we'll spend more time filing complaints to Toyota corporate for them to investigate these unfair business practices and discrimination against us with a language barrier. We certainly made our mistakes. Hopefully, they won't do this to you and wish you the very best of luck in buying your new car. Thank You. More

I am an older gentleman so ergonomics are more important than gadgetry or even safety features. After taking the car home and driving it for a day I realized this seating would not work with my back. Holman Toyota was kind enough to say bring the car back as if the transaction never happened and they didn't have to do that. My compliments, and thank you Mark More

Upon introduction of that car, Toyota dealers were n In 2017, I was in the market for a new Prius Prime Advanced, in the unique Blue Magnetism color. Upon introduction of that car, Toyota dealers were not willing to negotiate much on the price, as it was a new model, and inventory was slim. So I watched as the 2017 Toyota Clearance Event came and went, and the prices still were not where I wanted them to be. As the 2018 Toyota Clearance Event was starting, I just assumed that I would not be buying a new car, since prices were still too high, but at least, by this time, Toyota Prius Prime had some market competition (Hyundai and Honda). But, as I scanned inventory, what did I spy??? A 2017 Prius prime Advanced leftover in, you guessed it! Blue Magnetism. Okay, so now it was a matter of making the right deal to unload a 2017 while trying to clearance 2018's to make way for 2019's, and the right deal presented itself. Great work by our salesperson, Kim DePinto, sales management Mark Concannon, and everyone in the finance offices. Although not my closest Toyota dealer, they have, thus far, been one of the best to deal with for this smooth purchase, and would definitely give them consideration if I was in the market again. More

Tried to sell me a car as new, which had a sticker from a detailing shop, so either the car was damaged and went to a detailing shop for work. Being the largest dealer in the neighborhood, the manager Rick Caruso and his team has an arrogance feel in their dealings with customers. I was told by a friend to stay away from this dealership, but still went to them. I would not recommend this dealership for buying a new or used car. More

Unlike many other dealerships with pushy salespeople, from the time we set foot on the Holman lot until picking up our new 4Runner, it was the most hassle free and stress free car buying experience we ever had. After reading the reviews we asked for salesman Chad Dubrow, who, without much negotiating back and forth, worked a fair deal on a new 4Runner and an acceptable trade in amount on our old 4Runner. He was very thorough explaining all the differences between our old and new vehicle, and pointed out how everything worked on the test drive. A very positive experience from start to finish. Wanted the Avalon, settled for the RAV We came in on April 17 specifically to test drive one of the 2015 Limited Avalon hybrids shown on the website. My wife and I loved the car! However, We came in on April 17 specifically to test drive one of the 2015 Limited Avalon hybrids shown on the website. My wife and I loved the car! However, Shawn Ryan, our sales coordinator, said it would cost far more than a new RAV4. So on April 18th we settled for a 2017 Limited RAV4. A nice vehicle but nowhere close to the Avalon, and it doesn't even have a CD player, which I find unbelievable. We've had a Corolla, Camry, Sienna, two Venzas and a 2015 RAV4 before this, all from this dealership. (Cherry Hill Toyota) We are not as pleased as we should be. More

The service department is terrific. We always work with Kylie. She understands customer service 100%. She always keeps me informed on the status of my car, and it is always ready when promised. Highly recommended. More
