Service shops hours are not for working people. They close early and Saturday are only open till 2. You usually have a long wait even for just a oil change. They can't seem to fix the problem the first time and you have to always bring a vehicle back. They do not seem to have loaners are always say they are loaned out. I tried to make an appointment for a few weeks later so they might have one available and they still say they don't have any. Can't fix the problem the first time and even though car is under warranty they have an excuse saying it might not be covered. I guess they are jus trying to make an extra dollar. Most dealers will work with you and make sure it is a warranty job. Their vehicles are over priced and once can save 5-8k by going to a bigger market. If you have money to throw around then this won't be a problem but if you wanted to save it is best to go to a larger market. More

This dealership sold me a car for 25k and turns out it’s been wrecked. They failed to disclose that to begin with. When trying to view papers the salesman snatched them up and said we will go over this late been wrecked. They failed to disclose that to begin with. Went up there several times to have part changed out and waited hours and still ended up having to come back. Now, they want me to pay out of pocket to fix another problem because it’s NOT covered under warranty. My thing is it was wrecked so I’m pretty sure it’s the result of what happened before I bought it. I’ve barely put any miles on it and the note is high and they want me to pay even more. If I wanted to sink money into a car I would’ve did it with my previous car. I feel very mislead. Once you sign they are done with you. I’ll be sure to let everyone know of my experience and I will NOT be returning for future sales. Windshield has scratches you can see in sunlight, when you pump gas the car pours out gas when it’s full instead of clicking, and now it’s making an awful noise and I’m sure there will be more!!! I seen all this afterwards you can only do so much in test drive. I am so disgusted with this dealership and their lucrative business practices to swindle their customers! Do better Holmes Honda of Shreveport!!! I’ve lost all respect for you! More

everything went ok as far as buying the car, so when i bought the car they told me they put 4 new tires on it. well come to find out it was only 2 new tires. the ones on the front were 8 years old and wer bought the car they told me they put 4 new tires on it. well come to find out it was only 2 new tires. the ones on the front were 8 years old and were dry rotten. so i brought it back and after 4 hours of argueing they said ok we will put 2 new ones on your car, well i get home and they took one off of the front and put it on the back and so all said and done they got over on me with just 1 new tire. i have bought 9 vehicles there and do all of my service there. we will not be back. i can't believe we had to go through this over 2 tires and its still not right.
