Warranty replacement of tires. RV dealer took RV here to have recalled Michelins replaced. RV returned with BFG's when questioned they said Michelin said that these COULD be substituted under the warranty. have recalled Michelins replaced. I later called Michelin who stated that they owned BFG and they were out of my tire in the Michelin brand , BUT I could have BFG's instead , HOWEVER they ARE of a lower quality , and I should have been informed of that fact , and given other options. The salesman showed us a truck that did not meet our stated criteria, we needed a short bed. The truck he sold us was not the size he said, or what we thought. What we got was a truck worth at least four thousand dollars less, we had to pay $1200 more, it had more miles on it than the truck we turned in 3 days after we bought it, and they lied about the lack of options on it.
