I had a part failure and called Holz. They did not have part in stock. I was able to locate the part elswhere. II called Holz Service to make an appointment to have a part programmed. They did not have part in stock. I was able to locate the part elswhere. II called Holz Service to make an appointment to have a part programmed. It was a GM part. I was asked if I bought part at Holz, I was honest and simply answered question with a "NO". I was then told because I didn't buy part there they wouldn't do the work. Funny thing is he never asked me where I bought the car. That might explain the service writers misplaced priorities. I happen to know one of their Vet Techs. I also know they are fully capable of performing the work I requested I contacted a Chevy dealer in Racine. They were delighted to perform the needed programming I requested and no 20 questions.. More
