I have taken my 2022 Ford Maverick to two different Ford Dealer service centers, once to have the brakes checked out, the issue was not resolved and getting another appointment was three months booked. Seco Dealer service centers, once to have the brakes checked out, the issue was not resolved and getting another appointment was three months booked. Second instance was a different dealer closer to my job to get a recall noticed repaired and again asked to have my brakes checked out and that I was having a specific issue. Recall got repaired brakes were visually evaluated and not repaired again. Very frustrating form an overall standpoint of service spanning multiple dealerships. Still have brake issues and will obviously have to make another appointment to get something repaired that I do not believe should be failing on a 6 month old vehicle that has 90% interstate miles on cruise control. Service was good, I was shocked by the amount of Ford Pass points that were taken for my first service. I was told when I bought my Bronco that the points I received would pay for 2-3 services.
