Where do I start. I have been going through with this service department. This has been the absolute worst service I have ever received in my life! These people have had our 2019 Ford Mustang for over mo service department. This has been the absolute worst service I have ever received in my life! These people have had our 2019 Ford Mustang for over month and still no solution. This was the 3rd time the car was there for the same reason and they kept the car several weeks during those times as well. They decide to give me a rental during this 3rd visit and now they leave me an outrageous rental bill and still NO solution to my car being fixed. Oh they did give him a recommendation to traded it. Who does that? I have yet to even speak with the service manager! This is crazy and unheard of. More
