Not enough lines to summarize our nightmare We bought our Ford Escape two months ago after a tedious process. We actually had to carry insurance on 2 vehicles because our financing wasn't finali We bought our Ford Escape two months ago after a tedious process. We actually had to carry insurance on 2 vehicles because our financing wasn't finalized until a month after we brought car home. The car is now skipping gears so we called to make a service appointment. The car was certified pre owned and we paid extra for the largest warranty available. Imagine our surprise when we called to schedule today and we were OK informed we could be seen October 7th! No replacement vehicle; rather drive am unsafe car with your 2 small children for a month. The only reason they have so many good reviews is because they give you a $50 gift card if you write a review before you leave the showroom. Talk about intimidating? More
