Great service, friendly environment. From the moment I pulled into the parking lot, to the closing of the smokin hot deal I got, the customer service and professionalism was top notch. My sales person (Leslee Cox) even met me at my truck door with an umbrella cause it was raining. Now I wasn't worried about the rain cause I am not made of sugar, but boy that was a nice touch. From then on it was an outstanding experience. Fresh coffee, fresh popcorn, and a nice friendly environment that was easy to relax in. I walked in at around 11:15, and by 2:30 I was on my way with the car of my dreams. Awesome from start to finish. Thank you. More

Knew what I wanted before I got there.... I had been shopping a new F150 for a very long time. I had purchased a 2006 F150 from Homer Skelton in 2006 and had literally driven it till the truck I had been shopping a new F150 for a very long time. I had purchased a 2006 F150 from Homer Skelton in 2006 and had literally driven it till the truck was finished. I loved that truck and after reviewing all others, I am definately a Ford man. I had also visited other Ford dealerships in other areas, and kept coming back to Homer. With a little help I was able to find someone that could truly help me with my dilemna...which was I need a new truck, but I don't want to spend the money! The men I worked with kept everything in perspective, down to the extended warranty. They fit me in a truck that, while it didn't have all that I wanted, it was certainly what I needed in terms of value,and of course, cost. If I had but one complaint, it would be the amount of time it took to get everything completed..therefore leaving us 0 time to go over the truck and it's features. (I left and it began to rain and I struggled figuring out the wipers) However, they did ask me to come back and they would spend as much time as needed to go over everthing. The truck also didn't have an owners manual, which I thought was rather odd. But at the end of the day, Will, Kenny, James, they were absolutely awesome! I appreciate them and really enjoy our new truck. I just hope I get the use out of it I did in my 2006! Love Ford Trucks...and will definately go back to Homer Skelton!!!! More

Skip the rest! After having visited several other highly advertised dealerships in Memphis and getting less than stellar treatment I ended up at Homer Skelton. David Connelly was patient as I drove several vehicles before I found the right one. He explained all the important details, and eased any anxiety I had. Homer Skelton has ZERO sneaky salesman tricks. Everyone was friendly and courteous. No one made me feel like I was being railroaded into a car I didn't need or afford. It was extremely comfortable car buying experience! David Connelly at Homer Skelton Olive Branch is the best! I will be back! More

The reason I gave one star is because 0 wasn't listed If your thinking of leasing or buying new or even pre owned don't do it here...I've been a ford fan for many years but after theses fast talkers got If your thinking of leasing or buying new or even pre owned don't do it here...I've been a ford fan for many years but after theses fast talkers got ahold me I won't buy another ford product again....new or used....drove over 2 hours just so I could sit down and have a guy run some numbers for me...the lease payment was almost 100 more than the estimate I got over the phone... I insisted several times he get me some real numbers before I make the 2 hour drive he just said he couldn't and that we could work it out when I got there....what a joke...BEWARE More
