Lazy, half a** job. Has gone downhill The service here used to be outstanding. Hence why i own 2 Hyundais and convinced my mother in law to buy one, all from this particular dealership. But the service center, which used to be great, is mediocre on its BEST day. Took one of my cars i for an oil change. Took a LOT longer than was quotes over the phone. Not a big deal, things happen. Finally get my car, and reading through the the "work performed " and one thing they always do is check fluids. Barely out of the parking lot, low wiper fluid alarm chimes. Seriously? I know it seems small, but i cant trust u with small things but u want me to believe you over big things. Mother in law took her car to the service center for oil change and to have a tore looked at that kept getting low and requiring air replacement. Oil change took so long to do, they comped it. Looked that the tire, said it was fine, it was just low on air, and filled it. She left and took the car straight to Gateway tire, they looked at it, nail in the tire. Patched it and sent her in the way. This place used to have a 5 start rating in my book and i was looking to get my now 16 year old son i to Hyundai as well, but if this is the quality of work he will have to look at expecting, then I'll be buying him a car elsewhere. More
