Worst Service Ever I am the owner of a 2015 Hyundai Veloster Turbo. A vehicle that I have truly enjoyed driving. I have maintained this vehicle well and changed the I am the owner of a 2015 Hyundai Veloster Turbo. A vehicle that I have truly enjoyed driving. I have maintained this vehicle well and changed the oil as per the owner's manual. My problems began when the Turbo went out in April of this year. I considered it no big deal and that I would pay for the repair and be on my way. Little did I know that the Turbo would go out twice more... I replaced the first turbo in Mobile, AL with 133,055 miles on the vehicle. That Turbo went out and was replaced in Olive Branch, MS with 141,511 miles on the vehicle and I was informed that the previous installation wasn't up to par. Now with 151,701 miles on the vehicle I'm being told that I need a new turbo again and an engine... Three turbos in less than 20,000 miles. But that's not all! I found out about the last issues mentioned when I took my vehicle to Homer Skelton Hyundai Dealership in Olive Branch, Mississippi. I scheduled an appointment for the 4th of September at 8am for an oil change and diagnostic due to my check engine light coming on. I delivered my vehicle the day before my appointment and left the key with the receptionist because I wouldn't be able to bring it at the scheduled time. My vehicle was promised back to me the same day at 4:30pm but I didn't get my vehicle wasn't available until the 19th. Two days after my vehicle was promised back to me, I was told that Hyundai in California was requesting information and photos about my vehicle but when I asked the service advisor Doug Wesson about sending the information he told me that he hadn't had a chance to send because he had 32 engines to replace and his service bays were backed up. I'm not sure how the replacement of other engines became my concern when I'm asking about details of my vehicle. Why do you schedule me an appointment if you are backed up replacing so many engines and do your company share the fact that you have failing engines so freely? Once I was told the issue with my vehicle on the 19th, I explained that I would like to pick it up. Doug told me that would be fine but later called me back and explained that it would not be ready for pickup due to needing reassembly. I scheduled pickup for Saturday the 21st. After receiving my vehicle, I drove home where I parked my vehicle until Monday morning when I drove to work. On my way home from work, when turning into my subdivision, my oil light flickered. I found that strange being that I took my vehicle for an oil change and was told by Doug Wesson that it was changed when I asked. After parking in my garage, with car still running, I pull the dipstick and no oil registered. I then turned off my vehicle and waited a hour before checking again and still the same result. This morning I checked again and still the dipstick registered no oil. When I took my vehicle to Homer Skelton Hyundai there was oil in my vehicle but when I received my vehicle it's bare.... Excellent Service!!!!! If this is what Hyundai stands for you should think about making some changes... Thought about buying another one but not after this! Extremely Dissatisfied Customer More

Excellent job oil change warranty work and ride I had a warranty problem with my trunk latch not working. They did a great job fixing it and doing my oil change oil in a very usable short upon a Tim I had a warranty problem with my trunk latch not working. Replaced transmission temp sensor We were from out of town. Traveling snd engine light came on so we pulled into Homer and they worked us in and replaced the bad sensor and we were on We were from out of town.
