Organized, timely, and reasonable! I was very impressed by the way the dealership handled preregistration of service customers so that when they ‘opened’ at 8am, all we did was pull in I was very impressed by the way the dealership handled preregistration of service customers so that when they ‘opened’ at 8am, all we did was pull in and leave the keys. I was out the door by 8:03. The gentleman who called to tell me what all needed done was precise and did not try to sell me a lot of ‘extras’. I had several things on my list to be done: headlight, brakes, wipers, oil change, and my car was missing terribly! (Ignition coil had to be replaced). All repairs and maintenance were completed before 12:00 and under $600. I had an ignition coil replaced previously and it alone was over $1100. (At another dealership) I am very pleased by the service I received and my car sounds great and runs perfectly again. Thanks! More

I was about to help my son buy an Elantra, and possibly trade in the Santa Fe on your new Palisade, but I don’t need vehicles that I have to repaint. I know this issue is not an isolated one, in fact there have been class action lawsuits filed against your company for this same problem. The dealer said they spoke with corporate and said that they would pay $150 and that it cost $ 650.00 to repaint it. I even called your corporate office and was told that the decision was final and I offered to pay half. I own a ford and a Nissan, the paint isn’t flaking of either vehicle. You just lost 2 sales over a poor paint job that you won’t take responsibility for. Thank you, Jack Darren Dedmon More
