Great...but I was able to get my service done and I understood that it would take a while. They did regularly check in on me and give me updates. Once the care wa I was able to get my service done and I understood that it would take a while. They did regularly check in on me and give me updates. Once the care was finished and I left all was well. Until the next day and a warning light indicated that the window wash fluid was dangerously low. As part of the regular inspection they "top off all fluids". Given that there was only one tech working that day I really didn't mind and just bought a gallon to fill it back up. However, when I opened the hood of the car I had two surprises: 1] a pen was left in the car and 2] a paper towel was crunched up in a flat area. Only one thing to say now. They really need more staffing help on the weekends as I am sure my tech was working as fast as he could and being overworked made some strange mistakes. More
