I normally come here for my oil change. This time the wait was 2 hours. I was not informed of the price increase for oil change, did not know until it was tome to pay. There were two other quests that had been there for several hours before me and they weren't too happy. One of the servicemen was very pleasant, can't remember his name but he apologized. The lady at the front desk checkout wasn't too friendly. I handed her my card to pay and she kind of slammed it down on the counter, along with the pen and papers to sign. I didn't like that at all, but after that wait I didn't have the energy to say anything to her. Cusyoner service is everything and it's even more with this pandemic, please get it together. More
