They are gracious and kind to the elderly who come to get great car service..The are prompt about when your car is in need of a particular service or check up.. MY ONLY COMPLAINT... My vehicle was in the shop approximately 3 months. I was not kept up to date with the progress. I was forced to call and leave messages. My messages were frequently not returned. When I got my estimate regarding the repairs, it was a surprise to the staff that I had a warranty. I bought this vehicle and have had all my services done at the present location. This was a further delay in work, as now, an adjuster had to be consulted. Excuses were repeatedly made and weekly progress was limited. The attitude of the staff was dismissive until the very end of the process, at which time I was told that “management was aware of the progress”. More
