In January 2020 I bought my daughter a brand new Hyndai Venue and paid cash. By no fault of her own she was rear ended and her car was totaled. After several weeks before totaling the car, I bought another Venue and paid cash. By no fault of her own she was rear ended and her car was totaled. After several weeks before totaling the car, I bought another car the exact same make and model from Homer Skelton Hyundai of Olive Branch, MS. I also bought all warranties offered. My daughter has kept up all the maintainable items of the car. In preparation for a trip she had the oil change and tires rotated at 16,000 miles. On her way back from home she had to exit at exit 143 (2 1/2 hours from home because her car was sputtering on the interstate and the it simply would not go in reverse or drive. We called the 1-800# provided and was told that it could be hauled to the nearest Hyundai dealership which was in Columbia, TN (3 hrs from home) on a Sunday afternoon. My 20 year old daughter was left at a truck stop until I could get there 2 1/2 hrs. later. In today’s world this was unimaginable….we were scared out of our minds!!!! Anyway, I made it and all was well. 9 am the next morning I spoke to John, the service manager in Columbia, TN. After 2 days I called back and he said it was definitely the transmission. He said we were at the mercy of ordering and getting another transmission. I then called the Olive Branch Hyundai and alerted them as to what had happened. The General Chris True said that this was now the responsibility of John in Columbia TN to handle. I explained that I had bought and paid cash for 2 cars from his dealership and the car broke down on my daughter’s way home from a trip. The car was towed to the nearest dealership and I had to travel 2 1/2 hours to go get my daughter. We are 3 hours from the dealership in Columbia, TN! The car has 16000 miles on it and I’ve bought 2 cars from you. I have also referred other customers, as well. Our salesman Tyler Greene was actually great and very helpful when I bought both cars from him. He said he would call me back….it’s been nearly 2 weeks and I have not heard from him. The Salesman Tyler Greene gave me the name of Karen True, the loaner car representative and I spoke with her and she said she was about to talk to her husband Chris True, the General Manager at Olive Branch, MS ( Homer Skeleton). She said she would call me back. I called her the following week and she said that she did not have a loaner car for me. I asked about rentals she said she wasn’t responsible for that and ask me to hold on a minute. I’m thinking something must have come in and they were going to finally help me. The next thing I know she had connected me to Matt, the service manager of Homer Skelton Hyundai of Olive Branch, MS. He said let me tell you something Mrs. Lipsky. We don’t have a loner car and I don’t see one in the foreseeable future. We don’t do rentals. So you are on your own until they get you a transmission and then he hung up the phone on me!!! I sit there utterly shocked! I have not heard from anyone from Hyndai. I’m still just shocked that I have been treated this way. Please somebody….anybody tell me what to do next? More

Original work order written on 6/9/2020. Speedometer and tac not illuminating. Tire light staying on. Work order reads, "customer to come back on Friday. Oh Thursday at 4:00 PM having not heard from service writer James, I called and was told the parts wasn't in and I would be called when the parts was in. Long story short. I was never called. Although when I called, I was told many things, including the technician is sick. Finally after many calls I was to be there at 7:30 AM on 06/29 which I was. I left my vehicle. I was called approximately 5 hours later told my vehicle was ready. I returned paid an additional $243.80. started my car, the tire light was still on even though I was told and charged that it was repaired. It had not been checked that it was repaired. I could write more. But I'm sure you get the point. More

The purchase of the vehicle was very smooth with Chris Huffman however I’ve had some problems getting some things done since I left the dealership when I got home from the dealership after purchasing my H Huffman however I’ve had some problems getting some things done since I left the dealership when I got home from the dealership after purchasing my Hyundai I discovered a small dent in the right front panel and a couple of paint chips where the hood opens I have checked with Chris several times about getting this doneAnd have not heard from him in a couple of weeks now I would appreciate a call back with a schedule date to get the repairs done I gave the dealership a rating of three because of this problem More

Had the 90,000 mile service done. They had it for, 4days. Supposedly did the brakes filters and filled the fluid's. But, The day after I got it back. The warning light for low windshield washer fluid came on Supposedly did the brakes filters and filled the fluid's. But, The day after I got it back.
