I do recommend Hyundai if the person owns one. When my husband took the Tucson in last week, he said the service department staff was rude. We were told some parts ordered would be covered under warrenty husband took the Tucson in last week, he said the service department staff was rude. We were told some parts ordered would be covered under warrenty and he was asked if he had that information in writing. We were told the parts had been there since Feb and we were not notified until a day or 2 prior to the work. Service Department needs to improve on customer service. Don't know what happened to the employees they had, but should have kept them. If service department does not improve on customer service we will find another hyundai service department. We own a Kona also. We had to get the service manager involved to get the parts under warrenty as told. More
