I made an appointment to have oil changed in my car and arrived at appointment time. About an 1 1/2 hour I ask how much longer. The service agent checked & said a little longer. I have already submitted my review. I have a new car under service warranty but was charged for oil change. I thought this was unfair treatment & poor judgement.
