Homer Skelton Hyundai

Very disappointed with recent service work. My car was brought in to have a bolt pulled from a tire that was purchased from Homer Skelton less than 2 months ago. Plug installed and then 15 minutes after l brought in to have a bolt pulled from a tire that was purchased from Homer Skelton less than 2 months ago. Plug installed and then 15 minutes after leaving the dealership the tire blew out. A call back to the dealership only resulted in finding out there was no warranty on the tire!! I will not purchase another thing from Homer Skelton. More

The service was fast, maybe even too fast considering the service I had done. I am pretty anal about my tire air pressures. I know what they are supposed to be, and I know what they were when I took the ca service I had done. I am pretty anal about my tire air pressures. After the service, the tire pressures were all incorrect. Not only that, but they were all different! Can someone please explain this?! What concerns me most about this, is if your technician does such a poor job on such an easy task, how are they going to do on a more complex task? I have had my car there for service three times now. As far as I am concerned, y’all are 1 for 3. More
