Just like family I don't really know how to put it into words. How about NO 2 Hyundai Dealerships are the same. My car was towed to Batesville Dealership by Roadside I don't really know how to put it into words. How about NO 2 Hyundai Dealerships are the same. My car was towed to Batesville Dealership by Roadside Assistance. Their policy is the closest dealership. Well, that turned into a nightmare for me and my husband. Terrible customer service! I drove to the dealership that I purchased the car from in December 2020 (yep, it was only 2 months into purchase) and told them my horrid story which some of them already knew about. The GM, Sales Manager and Service Manager, along with the Salesman who sold me the car made the decision to go get my car and bring it "home" to them in Olive Branch. This move sealed the deal that this will always be home to me and my husband when buying a car. We had already purchased 3 cars from them but they have our forever business and possibly our kids business and friends. I can not say enough awesome things about them! They went Above and Beyond! Excellent Customer Service and easy to work with! More

Great service. Josh Moore tech really paid attention to detail and answered my questions. On 19 point inspect he found spare tire making noise. I didnt know that Now car is quiet.
